Message frequency depends on your usage of AllCare Sign’s services. On average, you may receive:

  • 1–3 messages per document request.

  • Occasional reminders if documents are pending.

Standard message and data rates may apply as per your mobile carrier agreement.

3. Consent to Receive Messages

You provide express written consent to receive text messages from AllCare Sign by:

  • Checking a consent box during signup or onboarding.

  • Signing a document that explicitly references SMS communication.

  • Providing verbal consent that is recorded and documented.

We store and log all consent records securely. All senders using AllCare Sign must certify that valid opt-in has been collected from recipients before sending SMS.

4. Opt-Out Instructions

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages from AllCare Sign at any time:

  • Text STOP to any message to unsubscribe.

  • Text HELP to receive support or more information.

Once you opt out, you will no longer receive text communications from our platform unless you re-subscribe by providing consent again.

5. Data Usage and Privacy

AllCare Sign will not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or personal information with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Your data may be shared only with trusted service providers as needed to deliver messaging services and fulfill our contract with you.
